Chapter Twenty Eight

  I couldn't take much more of this and I think he knows. It's been a week since I have been tied to this bed and I needed someone to help me before I gave up all the hope I had left. A few nights ago the Moon Goddess came to me after I had passed out and showed me how I could use my magic to reach through the bonds I had with Ryker and Ruby. I knew they couldn't hear me when I was to weak but last night I was able to reach Ryker with all the strength I had left before Darius showed up. 

  I am bloodied, bruised and beaten as I lay here and wait for Darius to come back with another magic pregnancy test. I felt disgusted with myself at the fact I couldn't protect myself from him.
