There was a lot of traffic today because it was warm and sunny. They were stopped due to some commotion up ahead. Pierre told her to stay inside. She did, but she opened the door to see. The police were chasing a man who tried to sneak into someone's home. The man was running through the carriages and saw her door open and jumped in and shut the door. When he looked up, they saw that they knew each other. It was Felipe. Pierre began to get down to remove the intruder, but Amaya shooed him off.

They ate lunch and talked. For a prince, she enjoyed getting to know him. They talked for what seemed hours. She laughed at all of his stupid jokes, and he just gazed at her. Everything seemed to be going perfectly. She even forgot that he was a prince. They kept slipping in between Spanish and French when they were talking. After about four hours, Pierre came in and told her it was time to go. Felipe walked her out to her carriage and told her that he would try to call on her tomorrow. She smiled, and he bid her a farewell. Pierre took her home and now she had to talk to her parents. Felipe was in perfect heaven as long as he was with her. He went back to the townhouse to rest for a while. Meanwhile, Amaya was trying to get through the biggest storm yet.
The next morning, Felipe got a rude awakening from Carlos. Louis had heard about the lunch between him and Amaya. He was not at all happy. She left him angry, ran into him, and went home happy as a clown. Louis also heard about the three-week deadline Amaya had set for Felipe. He'd wait till then and arrest him. For now, he'd watch his competition. Carlos got him up and showed him the paper. He was everywhere. Pictures of him and Amaya at the inn, even when he jumped into her carriage.
Amaya quickly got up and ran to warn Enzo. By the time she closed the bathroom door, her father opened her bedroom door. She wet her hair and tried to get a robe on while Enzo got dressed and hid behind the dressing wall. When she came out, her father was sitting on the chair by the door. "Sorry, I was in a bath. Is something wrong, daddy?"
It didn't last long, though. Even though it was seven years ago, she still had nightmares about that day. She woke up screaming and Felipe panicked. Pierre knew that scream and stopped the carriage and got to her. "Amaya, sweetie, look at me. You're okay, everything is okay. Look, look, it's alright."
She started to cry as she walked moodily through the garden. Trying to catch up with memory lane. Pierre knew how to get here because he'd come up earlier and set up the picnic for them in the center by the fountain. When Amaya reached the center, she saw the picnic under the gazebo next to the fountain. She walked over to Felipe, forgetting for a moment who he was, hugged and kissed him."Thank you so much for this. It really means something special to me."
After he helped her into her dress, she fixed her hair so that it didn't completely look like she just had sex. Or made love as Felipe put it. When they stepped out of the shed, it started to rain. It looked like it had been raining a little while before Pierre went looking for her. Amaya and Felipe went out into the rain to soak themselves to make it look like they had been caught in the rain. It worked because that is what Pierre thought had happened when he found them. The gazebo didn't have a solid roof on it.
Carlos walked in the door with Bonnie. "Pierre? What are you doing here?" "Lady Bonnie. The boys, myself, Felipe and Lady Amaya got caught in the rain. We are simply waiting it out. Lady Amaya is up
Lady Violet invited Bonnie, Carlos, and Felipe to stay for dinner. After dinner, Carlos and Felipe offered to take Bonnie home; she accepted of course. Amaya went upstairs and her mother followed. Once inside the room with Chloe, the three women sat down."Please don't spare any details, daughter."
