“No!” Mandy screamed as she opened her eyes and found that she was in her room. Her body had soaked with her own sweat.
She sighed. She’s thankful that it’s only a nightmare. However, she couldn’t go back to sleep. She checked the time. It's two in the morning. She felt thirsty, so she got up from the bed and went to the kitchen to drink.
Since it's too early, she went back to her room and tried to get more sleep, but her heart was still beating so fast. Hence, she tried to calm down using the breathing app on her phone. After ten minutes, she closed her eyes again as she started to feel sleepy again.
