Chapter 98 - Mike/Beta Malcolm
Mike POV
I slowly open my eyes. The bright sun instantly makes me squint and close them again.
I’m alive.
I thought I was dead.
I’m sure that I was being ripped to pieces.
I lift my arm to block the bright sun from my eyes as I slowly open them back up. Wait. I thought I was in my wolf form. My wolf!
I mentally ask, “Are you still here with me?”
My wolf slowly mumbles, “Yeah, but I need to rest.”

I breathe a sigh of relief at seeing Alpha Marcus lying motionless on the ground. However, it is short-lived as I turn and scan the battlefield. It is also finished and has been marked complete. The second book focuses on Theo, Wyatt’s cousin and the Dean of a university, and Tyler.
