The Alpha's Call

*****Tihana's POV*****

“No, I don't,” I said.

“Hmm, beats me that you don't know why? Jealousy my dear. Vanessa is a jealous kind of girl. I bet she feels entitled to the Alphas. I don't know her personally, but judging from all the things I heard about her, they are not nice at all.

“Now that you've said it, she actually looks like she was burning with jealousy,” I uttered. For some reason, I felt comfortable talking to the blondie.

“Exactly. By the way, my name's Fiona, what's yours?”

“Tihana,” I replied.

“Nice name. I like you, Tihana. Listen, my dad's the beta in my pack, but I don't have prejudice against omegas. I believe everyone should be treated with respect. Do not pay heed to what Vanessa said earlier. She's trying to bring you down, but do not let her. Someone like her will only die of jealousy.”

We both chuckled hard at Fiona's words.

“Thank you so much for the words of encouragement, Fiona,” I said.

“You are most welcome. I guess I'll see you around then,” Fiona sai
