I sat in the back seat of the car, one that was driven by Dalinda. She'd found me while I was trying to sneak off and threatened that she would tell Elijah if I didn't tell her where the heck I was going.

I was able to make up a lie as I wrote my answer down, and I told her that I needed to go to Williamson's mansion because I had left something there.

Of course, Dalinda had refused to let me go, but after shooting a threat at her that I would find a way to sneak out if she didn't take me there like I did once, Dalinda decided to drive me.

If she had heard the conversation that was had in that room, she would have tied my legs and dragged me to Elijah. But she didn't know the severity of the situation, and I bet she thinks she can go in there with me.

As long as she gets me there, I don't care what she does. She can call Elijah and tell him that I refused to let her follow me in. Either way, I had something to do, and I was going to make sure that I did it.
