Chapter 16 The Second Choice

Time reversed itself for about ten minutes.

When the officer drove the military jeep, bringing Carl to the registration office in Rum Town, he thought they could arrive there in less than ten minutes, at a fast speed.

However, they overlooked one thing. That was, almost all the residents of Rum Town were out on the streets to see the youngsters, who were about to report to the armies, off.

Originally, the roads of a small town like Rum Town were already narrow. Now it was even more crowded.

"Hey! If it goes on like this, I will be late!" Carl looked at the crowd around the car and said anxiously.

"Well... there's no other way..." The officer parked the car on the side of the road, stood up from his seat, turned around and grabbed Carl with his hand. As Carl looked at him in shock, he transformed into a giant eagle!

With a screech, the giant eagle spread its wings and flew up with Carl.
