"Were there casualties? How many people were killed?"

"More than ten, including Calista and unidentified stranger."

Hearing Raymond's answer, Chris was shocked. "Did I hear wrong?"

Raymond sighed heavily, then shook his head in response. He himself still couldn't believe what had happened. He was ready to take the blame for Calista's death.

"Where are their dead bodies? Did you bury them?"

"Not yet. Their dead bodies were recently found in Calista's house when my warriors were checking the entire pack area. Right now their dead bodies are in the field, we are waiting for Agatha to return first before burying them."

Chris sighed heavily. No wonder Agatha kept feeling restless all night and could hardly sleep. The bond between a mother and her daughter must be very strong.
