'Idiot, do something. Its our mate!' My wolf screamed at me.
But, all I did was just stand like an idiot.
"Mine!" He growled again. He stopped a couple of centimeters away from my face and I felt someone grab my hand.
I looked down and saw Felix's hand wrapped around my wrist. I was roughly pushed behind him and his hand stayed on my wrist.
Both men were growling at each other and Dom looked like he was going to pass out.
"Let her go!" I heard the guy growl.
"Aaron, calm down man!" Don huffed.
"Don't fucking tell me to calm down!" The guy, Aaron, yelled at Don.
Don jumped from the yell and bowed his head. Aaron came to face my brother, and pushed him roughly to the side.
"Felix!" I yelled out. I ran over to where he had landed. There was a big gash across his forehead.
"Oh my God! Felix, are you okay?" I whispered to him.
"Why the hell are you asking him if he's okay?" Aaron snapped.
"Because he's my damn brother!" I screamed at him. His face softened just a tiny bit.
"Helena, don't worry about it." Felix coughed out. I held onto his arm, while he struggled to get up.
"It's good that you're healing because I was scared shit less." I told him.
I could here a growl come from Aaron, and I didn't even spare him a glance. Felix and I both walked into the bathroom and I slammed the door shut.
"Get out here right now!" I heard him roar.
"Aaron, you got to calm down!" Don told him.
"She's in the fucking bathroom—with another guy. Don't fucking tell me to calm down!" He yelled.
I was fuming with anger. I stalked over to the door and threw it open.
"What the hell is wrong with you, huh? You threw my brother across the room. He's healing but I still have to clean up his wound. He's my fucking brother, God dammit!" I screamed in his face.
I could tell that he was shocked by the way he kept opening and closing his mouth. And the way he kept rapidly blinking his eyes.
He quickly composed himself and his eyes flashed to a dark color. He stepped closer to me and stopped when he was an inch away from my face.
Felix started to growl but Don placed his hand on Felix's hand, keeping him in place. Felix snapped his teeth at Don, but Don looked unfazed.
"I dare you to say that again." Aaron challenged in his alpha voice. It made me want to obey to him and keep my mouth shut. But, my brain wanted something else.
I stepped closer to him until my forehead was basically smashed against his chest. He was a good foot and a half taller than me.
I lifted my head and squinted my eyebrows. My lips twitched into a smirk once I saw the surprised look he gave me.
"He's my brother. You shouldn't worry about it anyways. What I do isn't any of your business."
His eyes flashed black again and he glared at me. I just stared back at him with a smirk playing on my lips.
"Leave!" He growled.
I stepped back but was grabbed by the waist.
"You told me to leave. Let go!" I snapped at him.
He didn't even budge and his arm tightened on my waist. He turned his eyes and glared at Don and Felix
"Leave!" He snarled.
"Yes, Alpha." Don obeyed.
Don took Felix's arm and started to walk but Felix wouldn't budge. His eyes flashed a bright yellow, and I knew his wolf wanted out.
"I said leave!" Aaron snapped again.
"I'm not leaving my sister with you!" Felix snarled at him. He walked over to us and grabbed my hand, ripping me away from Aaron.
My wolf immediately whimpered. I knew my wolf was enjoying this a bit too much. I was pushed behind Felix yet again. And placed my arm on his shoulder.
'Calm down, Felix.' I said through our mind link.
Both men were breathing hard and Don grabbed my arm.
"You both need to calm down," Don chimed in.
"Are you talking to your Alpha like that?" Aaron questioned.
"Dude, I'm one of your best friends. Cut the crap!" Don rolled his eyes.
Aaron chuckled. He actually chuckled instead of flipping out.
"Don, I really appreciate you letting us stay here. But, we might just leave now." Felix huffed out.
"No!" I screamed out as Aaron screamed out the same time.
Don was smirking at us and Felix just raised his eyebrows. I was blushing furiously but Aaron looked furious.
"You two belong to this pack now," Aaron announced.
"No, we do not. We'll take your leave, Alpha." Felix said through gritted teeth. He took my wrist and placed my backpack on his shoulders.
I turned around and saw Don holding onto Aaron's arms.
I was yanked forward and we started to walk down the stairs.
"I think we—" But I wasn't able to finish.
"We are not staying here, Helena. I don't care if you want too. I am your brother, you need to listen to me." I jumped from his sudden outburst, and decided against saying anything back to him.
I looked down and noticed that I was still in my bathrobe. Felix tightened his hold onto my arm and his claws dug into my wrist. We continued our way down the stairs and finally arrived at the living room, which was full with pack members.
I kept my gaze down and Felix continued to drag me behind him. He turned the knob and stepped outside. He abruptly stopped which made me slam into his back.
I look up and noticed why he had stopped. There were more than fifty wolves out in the front, blocking the trail to the woods.
"Stay behind me!" Felix ordered.
"Alpha, I'd really appreciate if you let my sister and I cross your territory." Felix's voice was strained.
I heard a deep growl and the biggest wolf approached us. The wolf was pitch black and gave off the most intense power. His eyes were focused completely on me and I cowered behind Felix even more. I saw something move from the corner of my eye and turned to look.
Don was charging full speed towards us and before I could have said anything, he ran and tackled Felix to the floor.
"Felix!" I screamed. I tried to run towards Felix and Don but a paw slipped around my waist.
I looked to the side and saw Aaron's wolf. Being close made me realize how huge he really was. Even his wolf was towering my height.
From far away his eyes looked pitch black, but being close, they were a really dark shade of grey.
I placed my hand on his paw and tried to push it away. But it tightened harder around my waist.
"Let go!" I screamed.
I saw Don and Felix still on the floor. Felix was underneath Don and they were talking, more like growling at each other. I kept struggling in Aaron's hold, but he looked unfazed. I saw the faintest smile tugging on the ends of his mouth. I turned my head, and saw Don and Felix making their way towards us.
I tried to pull away from Aaron's hold, but he just tightened his hold even more. My wolf was howling in joy but I wanted to see if my brother was okay.
Felix walked over to me and placed his hand on my cheek.
Aaron snapped his teeth which made Felix pull his hand away. He let out a chuckle and smiled warmly at me.
"Now I know why you wanted to stay. Why didn't you tell me Alpha Aaron was your mate?" Felix asked me, raising his brows.
My eyes widened, and I saw Don smirking at us.
"Because I just found out like 5 minutes ago!" I stuttered back.
"I'm so happy for you." He grinned at me. He tried to wrap his arms around me for a hug but Aaron pulled me away from him.
I turned my head and glared at him.
He just looked back at me with his dark grey orbs.
"Come on, Felix. Let's leave the two alone. I'll have one of the pack members cook something for you." Don smiled at my brother.
Felix smiled back and then waved at us.
I was finally out of Aaron's hold, and I pushed myself off of him. I saw him turn around and look at his members. He probably send them a mind link because when he turned back to look at me, all his members ran off to the pack house. He stalked towards me like a predator stalking towards its prey. I kept walking backwards and I tripped over a tree branch. And was almost going to make contact with the ground but was quickly caught and held by Aaron's paw being placed on my lower back.
He steadied me before nuzzling his nose on my neck. I held back a moan and a growl escaped my lips. His teeth grazed my neck and he clamped down on my robe.
He swiftly picked me up and I didn't realize until I was on his back. I held onto his soft fur while he made his way up the stairs.
I saw all the dirty looks I was receiving from the other female in the house. But I also saw the smirks thrown our way. He pushed the door open with his head and he climbed the bed. He tossed me on the bed and I quickly slid inside the blanket. He cocked his head to the side and just looked at me. I cowered beneath the blanket. Even though he was my mate, I still was a little frightened.
My thoughts were so distracted that I didn't realize he had shifted back to human form and had slipped on some shorts. He climbed on the bed and his body hovered above me.
A squeal escaped my lips when he grazed his teeth against my neck yet again. He pressed soft kisses on my neck and as much as I was trying to control it, a moan escaped my lips.
I felt him smile against my neck and I squirmed underneath him. He lifted his head and a smirk played on his lip.
He lowered his head and went back to kissing my neck. And I felt him lick a spot on my neck and his teeth grazing against it.
My eyes widened.
"No, no, no!" I chanted. I pushed his bare chest and he lifted his head.
His eyes changed to a pitch black and his cheeks were tinted red.
"What?" He cocked his head to the side in confusion.
"I'm. . .I'm not ready." I whispered. I blushed a dark red and lowered my eyes.
After a couple of seconds of silence I looked up to see Aaron looking down at me, his face held the sadness and frustration.
"Go change out of the robe so we can leave to my house." He mumbled to me.
He swiftly got off of me and walked out of the room. He quietly shut the door.
I pulled the covers off of me and walked slowly towards the closet. Inside I found a pair of sweats and a hoodie.
I slowly slid off the robe. My mind kept replaying the rejected face my mate had thrown at me.
"Luna, Alpha Aaron told me to come and get you." Don walked inside the room. "You can call me Helena. Luna's too proper." I shuddered to make my point. He chuckled and nodded his head. "I have a question, Luna." I glared at him. He caught on and chuckled. "Sorry. I have a question, Helena?" I smiled at him. I nodded my head at him, which signaled him to talk. "Why was Alpha Aaron mad?" My smile dropped and a blush appeared. "Sorry, I shouldn't have asked!" He bowed his head. I shook my head and mustered up a smile. "It's fine. We just had a little argument. That's all." He looked up at me and smiled. "Aaron's a good guy." He smiled. I nodded my head. The door slammed open and there stood a pissed off Aaron. "I told you to get her, not chit chat with her, Don," he said sternly. "Sorry, Alpha. Helena was just grabbing some things." He bowed his head. 'During these times, he can be a real bastard!' Don sent through a mind link. I held onto a chuckle that was about to break loos
"What are you doing here?!" Imer growled out. "W-What... What are you doing here?" I asked stupidly. Aaron just looked back and forth, clearly amused. He won't be amused after he finds out what had happened. Imer didn't even answer my question and he turned to Aaron. "Thank you, Aaron. I'll take your leave." He smiled at Aaron, and Aaron gave a curt nod and stood up. Imer stalked towards me and took my hand, dragging me along with him. "Hey! What do you think you're doing?" Oscar growled out. He stepped in front of Imer, and I felt someone pull me to their chest. I looked up to Aaron, shaking with anger. I stayed glued to his chest and Imer looked at Oscar. "I'm taking my mate back home!" Imer announced. Oscar cocked his head to the side and growled. "And who would that be?" Oscar asked him, he turned to look at me and his eyes shifted to a pitch black. "Helena!" Imer growled. I pushed myself closer to Aaron and didn't meet Imer eyes. I felt Aaron adjust himself so I was hi
"Helena!" Dad spat out. I didn't have time to react before he shifted into his brown wolf and leaped on me. "Helena!" I heard screaming but it was too late. My Dad started clawing at my face and by each swipe. I felt a burn and blood trickled down the side of my face. "You're stupid! How could embarrass me in front of the whole pack?!" My Dad sent through a mind link. My brain wasn't registering anything. I didn't know when someone pulled my Dad away because all I was seeing was black. I felt the blood continuously drip down my neck and down my cheeks. I could smell the scent of blood which was making me nauseous. "Stay with me. . . Please, baby. Stay with me." I heard someone shout but all I wanted to do was sleep. So that's what I did. ** "Helena, are you awake?" My eyes fluttered open to see Aaron's handsome face looking deeply at me. I smiled at him and he sighed in relief. "God, I thought something had happened to you!" And that's when it all hit me. I reached up to touch
"Helena..." Alpha Imer smirked at me. My eyes widened and jumped out of my bed. "Aaron!" I screamed as loud as I could but Imer snatched me, and threw me out the open window. I was waiting for the hard impact I was going to make when I fell to the sidewalk but nothing came. I opened my eyes and let out a terrified shriek. My father held me in his arms. His face had dried blood, covering it and his canines were out. "Make another sound, Helena, and you're fucking screwed." My father growled lowly at me. I heard someone land beside my father and saw Imer, smirking. "Let's go. We are going home." Tears started to pour down the side of my face, and I tried to get out of Dad's grip. His hand rose and slapped me across the face when I protest. "Don't make this hard for ourselves, Helena. I will kill you right now if you keep doing this," Dad warned me. They were still running, and I kept trying to get out of his grip. He threw me onto the ground and kicked my sides. The air was knoc
"I don't wanna go home. Please, Dad!" I cried out in pain. "Shut the fuck up, Helena, so you don't get hit again." My father said angrily in my face. "What did I ever do to you?" "You did everything. From the day you were born, I disliked you." He spat in my face. I took my sleeve and wiped away the spit. My legs were shackled in chains made of silver. Every time I moved them, they would burn and hurt. "Aaron will come for me." I whispered, full of hope. "Stop this craziness of yours, Helena! You will marry Imer, and that is my final decision." "Alpha, someone needs your assistance upstairs." Imer called out. He came down the steps and looked at me. "If Helana bothers you, just hit her," Dad replied. He sneered at me and walked up the steps. Once I heard the door slam close, Imer came to my side. My mouth fell opened when he unlocked the silver chains from my legs and helped me up. "W-What are you doing?" I asked astonished. "Imer. . . What are you doing?" "Helping you out. D
My heart pounded when the words left Imer's mouth. "Nothing will happen, baby." Aaron tried to soothe me, but it wasn't working. When Imer said my father was in a foul mood, that meant he would destroy everyone and everything that was in his way. "Helena!" A voice boomed. A voice I didn't want to hear. . . "Stay behind." Aaron growled. He quickly turned into his black wolf. My brother Felix, turned into his wolf and leaped forward. He snapped his teeth at Imer, and slowly walked over to the door. Felix ferociously snapped his teeth and soon my fathers' bloody body came into view. "Stay away," Don warned, but my father just chuckled. Aaron's wolf was huffing and his teeth continued to snap. I sidestepped away from them but Aaron was watching, and he pushed me behind him. He snapped his teeth at me, and Christian held me in place. I pushed his hands away and quickly got out of the way. "D-Dad, if it's me you want to talk to then here I am," I announced calmly. But inside, I was
AARON "Mother, what a surprise!" I plastered a fake smile, and so did she. "Likewise, honey. May I talk to you?" She looked at Helena, and back at me. "In private." I looked to Helena, and she got out of my arms and made her way back upstairs. I looked back at my mother and saw her eyeing me. "Why didn't you tell me you had found your mate? I was told through another pack member. Am I not your mother anymore?" She rambled. I rolled my eyes at her. "You would've stayed my mom even if I didn't tell you." I chuckled. She huffed and folded her arms. "I've just been kind of busy with all of the situations going on." I mumbled. "It looks like your mate has caused quite a scene already," she replied. My eyes snapped at her and I balled my fist. "She's my mate. I don't care what she does. I'll love her no matter what, Mom." I growled at her. I didn't want to show disrespect in front of my own mother, but my wolf didn't enjoy the fact that she was accusing our mate. "I never question
Aaron's face turned a bright shade of red, and he glared at me. "Where did you here that nonsense?" He growled. He grabbed onto my waist and lightly pushed his fingers in. "A little birdie told me." I smirked in response. He growled out loud and his eyes grew wider and got darker. Even though he was growling and annoyed, a light blush crawled his cheeks. "Where did you here that, Helena?" He growled yet again. I continued to smirk. He lightly pushed me down and got on top of me. "I never kissed walls and teddy bears." He snapped. "That's not what the little birdie told me." His claws dug into my skin, and I winced in pain. "I'm sorry." He quickly got off me and was about to walk away. I grabbed onto his arm, pulling him back. "Are you really mad?" I pouted. He huffed in annoyance and removed my hand from his. "I don't know! Go ask that little birdie of yours." He huffed and walked away. My jaw dropped open, and I just looked at his retreating back. "Are you serious?" I mum
