Chapter 12

Julisa's POV

I open my eyes with a jolt. Shit I must have passed out from the pain. I grab some water and chug it. Shove some food in my mouth and grab my bag and start heading in the direction I feel the tugging. I have no idea how long I was out for maybe 3 hours or less. I speed walk hoping to catch up on lost time. I wanna get as far as I can before my shift starts. I know when it starts I am going to be down for at least 8 hours if not longer.

I need to cover as much ground as I can. Getting super anxious I started running. I ran for what felt like hours stopped to chug some more water and started off at a walk again. 6 hours later the sun started to set. I stopped walking and looked around for a comfortable place to prepare for my shift. When I finally found a place and settled down eating some food and drinking more water I looked at the time it was 11:55pm. I stripped my clothes off and laid them in my bag. Laying down I prepared for my shift to start.
