Chapter 11

“Mr. Fortier said I need to find somewhere else to park my car until it gets fixed. It can’t stay here in the parking lot in this condition for the other guests to see.” Rayna tells Liam.

“Ok, I’ll have it towed to my house.” Liam pulls out his phone and calls someone.

He tells them to come to the resort to pick up his girl’s car and take it to his house. After giving them the car info he hangs up.

“Liam very few people know I am here. The only person I've had words with is Mary. I told the officer what happened with Mary last night. Do you think she would do this?” Rayna asks.

Liam tensed up and he could barely keep his anger under control. “It’s possible. She did show herself quite bad last night. She was pretty angry at you. Which is totally my fault. I was just trying to get her off my back and over exaggerated out situation. If she did this, boy did that backfire.”

“NO, don’t say that. If she did this, it’s all on her. You never lead her on, you never gave her any idea that you
