In the Shadowland, Melanie and Thea are strolling on the streets, looking at the now beautiful green land.
"I cannot believe this is the same Shadowland which was barren and lifeless just a week ago," Melanie says in wonder.
"Ya, me either" Thea agreed.
According to what Odhan had said, soon after they returned from the Magic Plane, they noticed small green patches of grass every here and there. Then the land seems to flourish on its own.
"It's so beautiful now" Melanie murmured looking at the kids playing on the green grass.

Melanie looked at her friend, who is barely talking and simply answering with one or two-word answers. She can understand that Thea might be anxious about Davids's situation.
