Chapter Seventeen Keegan I reluctantly let her go so she can sit in her own desk, and I have a hard time trying to focus on class, we manage to take down all the notes we need to for exams coming up and everything else in this stupid class, and when I look over at Destiney, she gives me a look that says ‘later’, and I can’t wait to see what this ‘later’ entails. Chapter Eighteen Destiney Yesterday was a disaster. The morning started out okay, but by the time third class came around things had taken a slight turn and I could tell Jasmine was up to something, but with Keegan with me all day to and from each class things were pretty smooth. Chapter Nineteen Destiney The one thing my mom has always made sure I take care of is my hair. She always made a big deal about it and how it needs to be treated, she hasn’t let me cut my hair since I was a little girl, I begged her for a month straight to let me cut it shorter and she always told me no, so I tried to do it myself once and when she found me in the bathroom with a chunk of my hair in one hand and the kitchen scissors in another I thought she was going to have a heart attack, but at least I finally got the hair cut I always wanted.
