CHAPTER 16

That morning, they both were sleeping safe and sound until the sun rays hit their faces. It was almost tea time when Aaron was finally awake. 

Aaron slowly opened his eyes. His view was blinded by the sun rays before the eyes were ready to accept the lights. Tiny specks of dust seemed to be dancing in the shaft of afternoon sunlight that slanted through the long windows.

“Ah…. what a good sleep,” groaned Aaron. It had been some time that he had a wonderful sleep. He was sleeping deeply before the golden fingers of the sunlight disturbed him. 

His mind then flashed what happened last night and he directly pointed his gaze to his side. Jeanne was still sleeping in his arms quietly while her hand rested on his chest.
