Gypsy thought the beach candlelight was it, but David surprised her by driving her to a bar. It was a comedy bar where stand-up comedians came to do their thing.

By the time David drove her back to her penthouse an hour later, Gypsy's belly hurt from laughing so hard. One particular punchline kept popping back into her head, causing her to laugh every time. And David would always join in.

Without a doubt, this was the most fun she'd had a in years, and she had David to thank for it.

“You better tone it down unless you want to wake Dawn and Linda.” David cautioned once they were inside and in the living room of her penthouse.

Gypsy knew he was right, but she still had to strive hard before she could finally stifle her laughter.

A silence settled between them and it soon turned awkward when David began to pull close to her. He placed his palm on her cheek, the contact causing a jolt of nervousness to shoot through her body.
