Saul stopped the car and stared at me as if daring me to lie to Max

"This is Saul, honey, aunt Sophie's brother" l said

I swear l saw a bit of hurt in his eyes but it only lasted for a few seconds.

"Max, look at me" he said and Max stared at him

"Am your father okay, call me Daddy, this is mummy and am your Daddy " he said trying to make him understand what he was saying

I didn't know if l should laugh at the scene in front of me or simply cry, l never thought Saul would accept Max this easily as his son

"You are Dad?, does that mean you are gonna marry Mummy like aunt Betty is married to Dad?" Max asked innocently, this time, i couldn't resist the urge to laugh
