CHAPTER 51

*KINCAID'S P.O.V*

A SMALL KNOCK roused Kincaid from the bed. He groaned awake and stretched his arm across the king-size bed.

Maybe it was Adrienne, a flowery bloom of hope filled his chest as he waddled to the door and opened it. His hopes were dashed on the floor as he saw Lucy standing on the other side of the door with a bright smile on her face. "Good morning, Kincaid," she said, ignoring the slump of his shoulders. She strutted into his room like she owned the place and threw open the curtains.

"What do you want, Lucy?" Kincaid asked wearily, going back to sit on the edge of his bed.

She turned and looked at him. She bit her lower lip seductively. "I just wanted to wake up the strongest Alpha in Europe." She said in a sultry tone. "There's nothing wrong with that, is there?"

He scoffed and stood up. "I need a shower," he muttered pulling his shirt and not noticing the lustful look that Lucy gave him as he went into the bathroom suite.

"Should I join you?" She asked shamelessly.
