The awkwardness in the air was slowly clearing away but could still be tasted. The whole gang was hanging out at Neon including Layla who was the reason for the awkwardness. As the rest of the guys went back to dancing on the dancefloor, Layla sat with Robyn on counter.
"So? You and Beau?"
"I'm sorry."
"It's alright, I had a feeling his heart belonged to someone else. Why didn't you tell me?"
"Tell you what? That the guy you're into may or may not like me? How could I?"
"I understand Roh. But you can tell me these things. You can trust me."

"Yeah. But you got all of us. You don't need to hide things from friends."
