Chapter 106

Twice, Alex called his wife but she wasn’t picking up. He decided to do other things and he would talk about it later.

It was still the break period and the staff were in the cafeteria. Then, the secretary came to give him some information.

“Sir, there is a lady outside who would love to see you?”

“What’s her name?” Alex asked.

“The lady didn’t disclose that and insisted that you are expecting here,”

Without thinking about it that much, Alex ordered that they let her in.

Jane had been standing and waiting. She really does hope that Alex would be in a good mood. She didn’t reveal her name to the secretary because she knows that he might refuse to see her.

Jane can’t deal with the fact that Alex doesn’t worship her anymore, if she really claims Alex was still in love with her, why wasn’t she so confident to say her name.

When she saw the secretary returning, her eyes were fixed to read her expression.

Has Alex said he doesn't want to see her? Or he had requested she must say her name?
