10: The stunned changes
Caitrona was just watching the rain fall heavily from the glass window when her eyes landed on Adonis Dellucci carrying a female in a bridal style under the rain walking to his car.
Caitrona heart beats accelerated.
“Uncle DD?” she calls out but he couldn't hear her.
The car drove away, she runs out and started pursuing the car but to no avail. She stands under the heavy rain as her tears mix with the anger of the rain.
“Adonis Dellucci...” she screams on the bottom of her lungs as she runs in full speed, she tells but gets up.
She kept on running under the rain till she enters the busy highway, cars passing, people looking at her on barefoot, short gown as she drips as a shield for the droplets.
“Adonis...!” she calls as her voice started to sound faint and continues to walk on the side road crying her ass off.
A car stops beside and then she stops. Her eyes landed on a recognised face.
