"HOW DID YOU LOSE YOUR WOLF?"

I was shocked. "How do you know that?"

I almost screamed but controlled myself.

She was silent. I asked again, "Tell me."

"Well, you said, you are an omega. But you didn't know that I was a witch at first because you couldn't smell me."

"Oh"

"So? How did you lose your wolf?"

"Well, that's my personal-"

Before I could say more, I saw Alpha Arvan and his friends. They entered the cafe and went to their table. Lina was there too. She hugged Arvan's arm as if someone would steal him from her. I looked at Arvan. He was looking okay. No regret, no sad feelings, nothing.

'Wow, so it was just my consequence of losing my wolf, but he can live his life happily? Good.' I rolled my eyes and looked back at Delilah.

She was noticing my every move and glanced at Arvan.

"You love him?"

"What?"

"Just asking," she said while smiling.

"Let's not talk more and focus on our project, okay?"

"Sure."
