She led me back into the gothic castle and the cool air caressed my skin almost lovingly, like it invited me in.I would have preferred to stay outside.We walked through the castle, passing numerous demons dressed in various outfits, some guards, some maids, all avoiding eye contact with me. Some even turned to face the wall, and I couldn't decide which was worse - being openly stared at or this strange behaviour. The demon woman who was leading me through the castle didn't look over her shoulder once. We reached the first demon shortly afterward. As soon as he spotted us, panic spread across his face when he realized it was Satan coming for him. Sam effortlessly pulled him down from the tree, checked his neck, and swiftly snapped it, all while I remained on his back.The next one was still running, trying to escape. Sam easily outran him, first snapping his knee to stop him from running and then checked his neck again. Another red stripe.
