Isabella's POV

"Christian.." I mouthed wide-eyed and he chuckled.

"Oh, sorry." he said casually, raising his hands in surrender.

Chloe couldn't understand what was going on, and I was glad that she didn't ask anything.

"Isabella, it hurts but try to bear it." Christian stated and placed my foot on his lap again and rubbed it before twisting it to the other side and I yelped in pain, gripping the blanket on the either side.

"Uh-uh.. We get it." Christian quickly cut me off, slowly placing my leg down. "Now you feel a bit better, don't you?"

I frowned looking at my leg but yes, I could feel it wasn't hurting that much like earlier.

"Yeah, I guess." I muttered and he nodded, standing up. "Thankyou so much.."

"No problem." he stated, waving his hand dismissively.

Then Christian looked at Hayden and nodded at the door, signaling him to leave and Hayden nodded curtly before exiting. Christian turned to Chloe, ruffling her hair.
