Whispers could be heard at every step the king made inside the castle.
Everyone was surprised to see him walk, Jimmy in his arms, lifting him bridal style and the young man quietly resting his head against his chest. They did not find it strange just because their cranky king was raising a stranger but mostly because they never saw him do something like this before, not even the late Princess Kythaela."Jimmy?" Ruvyn raised an eyebrow and stared at the King. "What happened to him?"
"Open the guest room." Taegen ignored his question and followed his servant. He walked in a long corridor, letting Jimmy the chance to admire all the portraits and paintings hung on the walls while listening to his heart beating faster.
They arrived at a room and the king gently lied his body on a large bed. "You can rest here."

Ruvyn left to help his lover and Jimmy found himself alone once again. He went for a walk around the garden and sat in front of the fountain. He kept reciting each colour's signification to keep them in his memory to understand the king better. From what he could see lately, his eyes mostly shifted to blue when he was around him. He smiled just thinking about the fact that the charismatic king might be shy with him.Jimmy watched the fairies work; some mopping the floor, others cleaning the cutlery or removing the dirty sheets and replacing them with cleaner ones.
