Scarlet POV
It has been a whole week since I got shot and I was mostly healed. Maverick put up one hell of a fight to get me to stay at the pack and “around safety”. If I am going to get killed, I would rather him come find me and do it himself then act scared. Looking at myself in the mirror, I was dressed very business sexyish. I had on a black A-lined shirt and a white silk shirt. Kind of my go too look but I felt confident and sexy in it. I pulled my hair back into a low ponytail and kept my makeup light.
Tonight was a press release of our new line of jewelry and items. I have been working on this line for months and it is set to launch tomorrow.
