“Rayan!” Sebastian called when Rayan and Anthea were walking out of the conference room. They both turned around before glancing at him. Their expression hardened. Sebastian’s smirk widened, seeing their grim faces.

“Did you really think you could just waltz into my territory and ruin me like this?” He chuckled, his eyes flashing with mockery directed at them. The board meeting ended, and all the other members had already left, except them. Of course, they deliberately stayed for this confrontation.

"Yes, and I'm already doing it.” Rayan looked at him, his expression blank. But Sebastian didn't miss the hint of confidence in his eyes. It irked him further. How much he wanted to punch that smug smile off his face.

“After everything that happened inside?” He scoffed again, rolling his eyes at them. Inside the boardroom, Sebastian won with the maximum votes from the board of directors and won the support of the shareholders with his pathetic pity story.
