The past two weeks have been chaotic, to say the less. After Declan's visit almost two weeks ago, we've been in full-blown work mode. Making sure everything with Dark Jewel was running smoothly. Some elders took some smoothing over, but Archie has done a complete 360 after Julius was announced to the world. He's upbeat and easier to approach, and it took only a short time for everyone in Dark Jewel to trust and believe in him.

It doesn't mean everything was smooth sailing, though. When we arrived, the pack house was in complete disarray, as was what was supposed to be Archie's office. Cells full of rouges that landed on my lap, and they had about 30 plus another 25 prisoners. That, of course, took time to review their files, do interviews, find placements, or figure out what to do with them.
