Appointment for Desire 18

As she got through her day at work a few days later. She was dragging. She didn’t know if she could even go to the appointment that she had scheduled. She wanted to enjoy the few minutes that she had off. She was trying to figure out if she even wanted to go when her leg gave out a bit. She had been on her feet most of the day with one of the executives that she was an assistant for. They had been going to meetings for the past two days, and she was required to be there.

This was the part of her job that she hated. She really hated it because she had to be there but was never seen. The comments from some of the men in the room were beyond the pale, and she couldn’t afford to actually call them on it. She tried to forget the things that she overheard them say.
