CHAPTER FOUR
“I’m not saying I’m bettno than anyone” Samson said, speaking so everyone could hear him, “I just think we have to be careful. There is no need to kill anyone, especially when we would benefit nothing from it, except a hunter coming for us, hunting us down like animals. It’s just going to cause another fight, and the death of many people. Some of us just don’t want that drama, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way?” That last comment was followed by a series nods and agreements from some people. While others, mostly those in support of Jacob’s carelessness, kept mute. “Samson is right” Mark said. “We should try to be careful. Of course, we need to feed on human blood to survive, but we also don’t need to kill anyone in the process. Why do you have to do that when you can just feed, and even compel them to forget. We also have blood bags if you have a problem with control. So there’s absolutely no excuse for killing innocent humans. What would you gain from attracting one of those hunters to our town?”Again, most of the people nodded in agreement and support of what Mark had just said. But Jacob’s next words surprised them… Well, except Samson. He expected nothing else from a pompous dick head like Jacob. “Then let them come” Jacob said, lifting his hands, as if asking his audience to stand. No one did. “Let the hunters come” he continued, “And we will take care of them. They are humans, are they not? Weak humans. We have an advantage… We are vampires and we are superior. We should not live in fear of anyone. I…. WILL NOT live in fear of anyone, especially not humans. We are vampires, and vampires are predators. We hunt, and sometimes we kill. It’s fun. It’s the way it is, so get over it. As for the hunters, let them come, and we will be ready. Been a while since I have been in a good fight infact.”He hissed, then turned to Samson, who still stood with his hands bunched into fists, contemplating if he should just go ahead and smack some sense into Jacob in front of everyone Jacob walked towards Samson as he spoke.“Let us be who we are. It’s no one’s fault that you have completely forgotten who you are, Samson. Don’t force everyone to live like you do….like a coward. Some of us enjoy living. Some of see how glorious and wonderful it is to be who we are….and we enjoy it. Some of us do not see being a vampire as a curse… Like you do.” He paused for effect, then added, “And not all of us are depressed about not being able to find a mate…. But I’m not surprised though, why the hell would the universe curse anyone to be paired with a coward like you forever?”
Something snapped inside Samson, and his dark eyes turned red, he bared his teeth in a fierce angry grin, showing off sharp fangs, his palm which were balled into fists opened, and when Jacob saw his claw like fingers out he smiled again, as if with satisfaction that he had succeeded in making Samson angry. “Wow, I can see I struck a nerve there. I’m sorry.” Jacob said, but everyone could see that he wasn’t sorry one bit. “What did it though? I would really like to know. Was it me calling you a coward or pointing out your inability to find mate?” Samson let out a thunderous roar of rage, a deep sound in his throat that echoed in the large hall, then he reached for Jacob and grabbed him by the throat. In a matter of seconds, he had Jacob pinned to the nearest wall. He pressed his elbow to Jacob’s throat, cutting off air supply to his throat, but Jacob didn’t fight back and continued to grin at him, much to his irritation. “I’m done with this bullshit of yours” Samson said angrily, applying more pressure to Jacob’s throat with his elbow. “I warned you, Saunders. I want you and everyone here to remember that I did. If anything happens to the people that I care about because of your stupidity, I will make you bleed. I will rip out your fucking heart and then I’m going to feed it to you…. “Jacob slid to the ground and began to cough when Samson finally released him, and when Samson turned around, everyone’s gaze was on them… On him particularly. Staring at him like he was a crazy person. And he didn’t blame them. He looked like and was acting like a crazy person. Honestly, he hadn’t been feeling sane for a very long time now. He was a one Hundred and Fourty Three year old vampire doomed to spend the rest of his life alone. Without love… Without a mate. He was lonely and it was getting to him.At first, it hadn’t bothered him so much. They say when vampires meet their mates they just know…. Somehow they just connected. Like you were being drawn to the person… Even to little things like their scent, but Samson had never felt that way with anyone. Life was becoming meaningless to him. Now he had given up on the whole idea of finding someone to spend his immortality with, but still he didn’t appreciate anyone reminding him of it. All eyes were on him now. Attending this meeting didn’t seem like a good idea anymore. His eyes fell on Mark and Vanessa. They looked… Surprised…. Disappointed. Samson was disappointed in himself too for loosing control that way. Lately he noticed that he could barely control his temper and he flared at the slightest provocation. Like right now. It was something they had both been trying to help him control, and he wasn’t doing a good job of it. He had to get out of there. He gazed at Jacob, who was on his feet now, but still had that damn smirk on his face. He wanted to punch and grab him again. But what good would that do? At least he had been warned. Deciding that there was no point being there any more, Samson took his leave. “Let me suck your cock.” The vamp female tugged at Samson’s pants. She freed his flaccid shaft from the confinement of his jeans and sucked it into her gorgeous mouth while he watched her red lips close tightly around him, working him frantically. Up and down she moved, the warm wetness of her mouth lubricating him. With her hand, she cupped his balls and squeezed them in perfect rhythm with her sucking. She was talented, it was true. He buried his hands in her hair and moved his hips back and forth, trying to increase the friction.CHAPTER FIVE “Harder.” He said. His request was met with enthusiasm, her slurping sounds filling the dimly lit room. He let his gaze sweep over her scantily clad body: hot curves, great ass, even a pretty face—everything he could wish for in a sexual partner. Eager to give head, she would probably swallow too. Something he particularly appreciated. But despite feeling her tantalizing tongue run up and down his cock, despite the hard sucking motion, no erection was forthcoming. Her patience was wasted on him. Nothing moved. Her head bobbed back and forth, her long brown hair brushing against his naked skin, catching in his pubic hair, but his body wasn’t in it, almost as if she were sucking off somebody else, not him. Samson finally pushed her away, hum
CHAPTER SIX A knowing smile curved the doctor’s lips. “Oh, I believe it is. You are angered so much about not finding anyone, that it’s putting a block on your sexual drive. You are sad about it and covering it up with so much anger so that no one can see that you are vulnerable” “I’m not vulnerable. I never was. Not since I’ve been a vampire.” The last thing Samson wanted to feel was vulnerability. To him it was synonymous with weakness. If the doctor wasn’t careful with his accusations, he’d soon find himself at the receiving end of Samson’s displeasure. Maybe a physical fight would relieve his frustrations. “Not in the physical sense of the word. We’re all aware of your strength and your power. But I’m talking about your emotions. We all have them. We all struggle with them. Some more than others. Especially a vampire…. You know for us, e
Perfect! A friend of Vanessa's. Sure, this was guaranteed to work!Samson fumed but he knew it was too late to call the whole thing off, and he knew that even if he tried, Mark wouldn't listen to him.He ended the call, not giving Mark a chance to elaborate any further. Great! Now that stripper from the other night knew knew about his little problem. Vanessa knew about it too. The stripper coming tonight would probably find out too. Soon all the vampires and humans in Greenville would know about it too. He’d be the laughing stock of every party, the butt of every joke.Samson Perry, bachelor vampire, can’t get it up! Very funny indeed.Well, there was no way In hell that he was going to let that happen. Definitely not going to humiliate himself further, he thought as he grabbed his keys and walked hurriedly out of the house.---------------
Samson shook his head, trying to let her know that it was no big deal. "There's no problem. I can get it fixed" he replied, handing the towel back to her. The towel didn't do much to fix the stain on his white shirt, but he didn't mind one bit.She smiled at him again, and Samson could swear he felt a clench in his gut."Can I get you something to drink" she asked, as she moved to the other side of the counter where the drinks were placed.Samson kept his eyes on her. "Yes." he said, "An old fashioned would be nice... And keep it coming"...............Isabella nodded and turned her back to him so she could face the bar. She had no idea what an old fashioned was, nor did she know how to make one. But she did know that she didn't want to embarss herself in the presence of this incredibly handsome man.She had only been working at
"Oh hello, Samson" The voice said, "Fancy meeting you here"Samson turned to the right to see Jacob Saunders, and suddenly he felt all of his anger return. The smile vanished from his face, and he was his old self again. Just when he finally having some peace of mind, even if it was for only a little while, Jacob just had to come ruin it with his presence. He hated the bastard even more."What the fuck are you doing here, Jacob?" he asked and was replied with a grin."Probably the same thing you're doing here, Sam" Jacob replied, "Soothing my nerves with some shots"His eyes casually fell on Isabella, then he added, "And flirting with the bartender. I get it, she's cute. Can I get in on some of that action?" he asked, his eyes roaming over Isabella. For some reason, Samson felt the urge to punch him in the face. He didn't know the Lady, but he didn't like the way Jacob was
"Goodnight, Mr Peter" Isabella said as she grabbed her little bag and headed out of the bar. She had bandaged up the cut in her hand and was ready to go home. "Oh honey" said Mr Peter, who was behind the desk. "It's going to rain soon. Are you sure you don't want to wait a little before you leave?" Isabella shook her head, "No I can't wait," she replied, "I have to hurry up and pick up my dinner, I have lectures tomorrow and it's already getting late. I will just hurry up, don't worry, I will be fine. I'm sure I will be able catch a bus" She rushed out of the bar and halfway to her favourite restaurant it started drizzling. Isabella hurried along. She ducked into the first restaurant she encountered, giving up any attempt to get loan's tonight. This restaurant would just have to do tonight. She looked around and saw that the place was virtually empty. The woman at the entrance attempted to show her to a table, but Isabella waved her off. “Just takeout, please.” she said. The h
He was close behind her. And faster. She had to run for all she was worth. Her breath quickened as her lungs demanded more oxygen.Scouting the area ahead of her, she made a split-second decision and sprinted into the street to her right. A desperate glance over her shoulder confirmed that the brute was still chasing her.Scanning the street, she spotted several residences on the other side. All of them were dark, except for one. It seemed oddly familiar, with light shining through the windows in the front room. For some reason she felt drawn to it, but now wasn't the time to think. This was her chance, probably her only one. Not slowing down for even a second, she crossed the narrow street, ran up the few steps and hammered at the door.“Help! Help me!” she yelled.Frantically, she looked behind her while her fists continued pounding into the door. Her pursuer was less than half a
"Not so fast. We are both adults. I think you’re forgetting what you came here for. So there's really no need to play around. Let’s see what you’ve got to offer.” He let her know that he was willing to play along. Just for the hell of it.She threw him another scared look and made for the door. Samson was faster and cut her escape route off. He was enjoying himself now. In fact, he hadn’t had this much fun in a long time. She breathed heavily, still pretending to be scared. He could almost smell her fear, and he could still pick up the scent of her blood from the cut in her hands. His fangs itched, and he fought to control himself. His hands dug into her shoulders to pull her close. He didn’t care that her wet clothes would ruin his dry-clean-only pants and sweater.“No, let me go!” Her desperate plea echoed in his vast home.“You know you don’t want to go.” he said huskilyHe
