CATCH ME

The world around us stilled, or slowed, I did not care actually, I took him in, all of him, he was dressed in normal civilian clothes. His ash blond hair, which I have been dying to run my hands through was swept to the back, his lips somehow even fuller since the last time I saw him.

“Is this a dream? Am I dreaming?” I ask again,

“We must both be having the same dream then.” his voice is what sparks something in me, I fly into his arms, I land against his solid chest, and that is when I realize, it was not a dream.

The elephant on my chest moved away, and I could breathe properly again, I took a huge lungful of air and of his scent. It was really him! I knew that scent even in my sleep.
