CHAPTER THIRTEEN.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Myra woke up in a strange room, very elegant but still rather strange. The room had huge silver-gray curtains and white walls. The bed she was on had gray silk sheets and a huge comforter. It took her a while to realize that she was in Xavier’s room. She got up with a jolt and made her way to the door. As if attempting to leave before he came back. She hesitated when she realized it was dark outside meaning it was night.

“Going somewhere” She heard from behind her and spun around so fast she nearly tripped on her feet.

First, she took in the picture of Xavier in only a towel. One that hung too low on his hips. Then she followed the water droplet that ran from his neck, down his chest and abs and disappeared into the waist of his towel. By the time she raised her eyes to his, he was already looking at her.

“No, I am not going anywhere, I was just…” she found herself struggling to give an explanation.
