Chapter 58 - Your Hand
"N-No way!" He denied it fiercely but immediately hugged me after another set of thunder and lightning. I can feel his whole body trembling in fear.
"I-I'm not afraid." He said. More likely telling himself that.
"Then let go of me," I said as I tried to push him away but the constant sound of thunder made Kyros hugged me even more than before.
"I-I can't sleep." Instead of getting surprised by the continuous sounds of the thunder, I was more surprised by how close our bodies are right now.
"Okay okay. I'll lay down with you." I said, trying to reassure him as I try to push him away gently. But he didn't even let me do that. All I can feel now is the severe trembling of his body. Is he that scared?
