Chapter Ten
She let out a deep breath. She had warned herself, but here she was standing close to him, attending his brother's ring ceremony as a family member of this beautiful family. She felt attached to them as she always dreamed of a family-like he had. It was a bit puzzling for her if the outsider wasn't allowed in his family, why was she allowed? She remembered his words that she wasn't an outsider. What would Dylan have told them about her? They were treating her as she was his girlfriend. His mother had confirmed that he hadn't brought home anyone before. If he was feeling the same thing for her, he was serious but what about Hailey? She hated her, she didn't know why?
She sighed. The music was damn good around her, but she couldn't bring herself out of her deep thoughts. A small smile was glued to her face. The sound of the claps dragged her out of her thoughts.

' She didn't know where this thought came from but it gave her anxiety. She applied a minimal amount of make-up, it didn't take much time as her skin was clear.
