Chapter 13

AMARA MADE sure that she's ready and look presentable before coming out from the room. She found Helios waiting outside crossing his arms in front of his chest at the side of the door.

Helios asked her earlier if she wanted to go with him at his backyard. He told her that he has plenty of plants there and she was really anticipating about the looks of her small strawberry farm. She's excited!

When their eyes met, Amara felt the wild beating of her heart. Even the butterfly in her stomach are making her blush.

She knows that kind of feeling. She's already familiar with it looking back on her past relationship. She's wondering if why does her feelings towards Alex when they're still in a relationship wasn't intense like this. Like the way he felt towards Helios.

 What if she already love him?

It was hard to believe since she was only staying almost a month in his house. 

".. honey," he heard him said. His face was already close to her.
