"I'll be there on time to pick you up" he yelled in his dark voice when dad started the car. I just looked at him in anger. I tried to give him my brave face but inside my heart was running wild. I don't know what he will do once I come to live in Miller's house.
The car ride was silent but inside me, a big storm of bubbles was erupting ready to burst any time. We reached home and I couldn't hold this storm inside me any longer.
"Dad, I can live on my own in the penthouses. I don't need anyone to take care of me please tell aunt Sam that I won't be coming tomorrow" I said as we reached near the door.
"Tell her yourself," he said with a knowing smile and went inside the house ignoring me. He knew I wouldn't be able to refuse her. Hey guys comment and vote thank you.
