Chapter Twenty-One

Emma’s POV

After being away from the crowd for over thirty minutes, Liam decided it was time to walk back out and rejoin them, so we did.

“Are you ready to continue the show?” he asked as we made our way back to where everyone was seated.

“Not one bit, but let’s do this,” I responded, letting out a deep breath.

“Come on,” he said, grabbing my hand and squeezing it in a reassuring manner.

I don’t know what’s going on with Liam today, but for some reason he’s been sweet to me throughout the day. Maybe it’s because of the fact that we just got married, but whatever it is, it’s making me see him in a whole new light.

With how he constantly changes his approach towards me, I can never fully beat my chest to say that Liam is a good person, but with the way he’s been over the past few days, I want to assume he’s either working on himself or he’s faking it.

I really hope it’s the former.
