There was a second silence and Amira broke it immediately with her question.

“You met Nancy today, right? How do you feel about her? Do you like her?"

Ryan didn't answer immediately. He still can't believe that Amira is trying to hook him up with her friend. He had noticed that tonight during her birthday party. The way she left Nancy with him shows that she wants them to have privacy, probably to have a discussion that will lead them to get to know each other.
