I must I say, I'm more stunned after seeing Alpha Vdius storming into the doctor's room than being attacked by some unknown Wolves.

The way he entered, I thought maybe someone chased him too because he was looking terrible with messy hair, wet shirt, and a sweaty face. And the way he talked to Doctor Nathan was more surprising.
