11. Chapter Eleven.

I returned my gaze to the Vampire, who returned mine with ferocity. We were both visibly uncomfortable in each other's company.

I huffed determined not to back down while folding my hands together.

"Where is Catherine?"

"Catherine is away on pack business."

"Don't you have a mate to attend to?" I scowled at him.

Just then a sly smile graced his lips. Seconds later a female emerged from into my room. I watched closely as she sat on his lap straddling him while removing her hair and revealing her neck.

Her neck revealed two small holes that looked deep. Clearly she was a human pet claimed in submission by him.

I sat up a little disturbed while realizing this was what Vince wanted me to be all along. I awaited with abetted breath watching as Vince sank his teeth into the females neck but making sure not to break eye contact with me.
