"The Royal's Aaron Smith is presently in a sexual relationship with his adopted sister of fifteen years"

That was the title of the article Mr Gerold showed me. I tauten my palms on the desk before me in agitation and fear. I deeply hope my face wasn't revealed even when I knew there was a high probability of that as I had gotten a share of odd glances when walking into the company. They had recognized me as the adopted daughter of the Smiths. It was supposed to earn me respect but they were misled to think I was dating my brother.

I can't blame them though as the conjectures seem accurate.

I couldn't bring myself to respond to Mr Gerold's queries as I was in a devastating situation. I tried inserting more effort to wrap my head around the crisis I'd gotten into. My biggest phobia from the beginning is happening as I'm now publicly entangled with the most influential family in Luxembourg.
