“He’s strong,” Mane concluded as he struggled to deflect another one of Professor Jackson’s massive punches.

*BOOM*

The man’s fist was akin to the hammer of a dwarven blacksmith. It threatened to crush him apart and shatter his soul. All Mane could do – even with his powerful physical abilities and his very pure energy – was to dodge or deflect the attacks. Taking them head-on was suicidal.

“What is impressive is not that his punches are powerful, but that head-on confrontation is clearly not his strongest suite,” Cronos’ voice reached Mane’s ears, causing the Supreme to falter for just a moment.

That turned out to be costly, for the young Supreme was struck squarely on the shoulder, sending him flying into the barrier that he had made himself!

*Boom*

“Devour!” Mane breathed in hungrily, his broken shoulder swiftly healing in mere seconds as he swallowed large amounts of Edict to replenish what was lost.

“He is coming again,” 1st warned, but Mane already knew that.
