Chapter 47: A Day Of Rest
Hearing the splashing waves beneath their luxurious accommodation, the chattering birds, and the early winds rushing against the windowpanes, Gabrielle awoke, feeling sore all over her body.
She opened her eyes to the sight of a handsome man, still asleep.
Gabrielle bit her lip, stroking his thick, yet well-shaped brows, the length of his nose, and the shape of his jaws.
While Kyle had grown a centimeter of his beard, he still looked dashing. In fact, Gabrielle thought, this side of him looked incredibly masculine.
She noticed how the man was awake, gently holding her hand and kissing her palm. Barely a whisper, he greeted, "Morning, beautiful."
They were both butt-naked in bed. Their legs were still entangled, following a night of endless passion!
