It's a deal

Lara heaved a sigh of relief and she instantly took out her cell phone. The girl had now entered the main mall of the city and had just dialed Martha’s number, when suddenly somebody grabbed her waist from behind.

“Arghhh!” The girl screamed loudly and then turned around. Her eyes popped open looking at Silas standing right in front of her. He had clutched the girl’s waist tightly and was looking at her with a grim look on his face.

“Are you calling up someone my dear?” He tilted his head holding her protectively and Lara nodded her head in approval.

“My friend…. I do not want to live with you. Leave me.” She tried to push the man away but Silas instantly pulled her closer to his body.

“That is not an option. I trusted you and you tried to betray me.” He lifted the girl up in his arms, hanging her up on his shoulder.

Lara was now upside down and was shrieking loudly, punching his back. “Leave me! I said just leave me!”
