Nicole had brought Lucas back to her bedroom, she needed some alone time with him, away from Angela and Charles in the sitting room.
Lucas sat on the couch in the bedroom while Nicole sat on her bed. She had a lot of questions for him she was curious to know.
"Lucas, can I ask you a question?", she said softly as she looked at him. He sat relaxed on the couch taking in her beauty.
"Yes, you can. What would you like to know?", he asked calmly.
Nicole stared at him. He looked so innocent, nothing like the monster people were scared of. She wanted to know about his history.
"Please, can you tell me how you became a hybrid?", she said softly.

Mark and Andrew first noticed Lucas was missing by 9 PM. They had looked for him in his bedroom and outside the apartment but he was nowhere to be found."Could he have gone vampire hunting without us?", Andrew asked."Let's go and check his stuff, let's see if his custom is still in the apartment", Mark suggested.They both went back into their apartment and searched Lucas' room."Yes it is here", Andrew confirmed after finding it. The beta werewolves were in a race against time, they were running as fast as their four limbs could carry them. They had to get to Alpha White in time to inform him of their findings.Adalwolf howled as he approached his territory, he was five minutes away. The beta werewolf faced the incoming vampires head on as he crashed into them, ripping two apart in an instant. The others swarmed over it, tearing and biting it from all angles. It fought back, breaking free and ripping a further two apart before it was once again covered by dozens of vampires. It stood no chance against their numbers and coordinated attacks.The others moved into the werewolves' territory destroying their homes and burning them. The other beta werewolves came together as one to stand a fighting chance against the thousands of vampires in their home. They were about 98 and outnumbered 1:51."Attack!", a beta werewolf screamed as they ran towards the vampires in battle formation breaking through their ranks and ripping them in their numbers as they weren't through.
