I booked a flight the same day, ran back home got my suitcase ready and another suitcase filled with gifts for Loulou, I got her candy, clothes, extra onesies like the one she loved, perfumes, toys for her little side.

It all had to be perfect, I messaged her telling her I'm busy with meetings, I know she didn't like not being able to talk to me but I can't ruin my surprise and show her I'm on an airplane to London.

I landed late, booked a hotel and crashed for few hours, tomorrow I have the presentation with her school.
