Chapter 14

Zach's PoV

Call me a stalker, I don't care but I just had to go to the club after Laura sent me the photos. I'd been pestering her all week to help me with Yana but she outright refused. This is even after I explained everything in detail!

So imagine my surprise when she sent the photo and told me Yana would be at Club Azure. I have no regrets going either, especially since I succeeded in keeping all those thirsty men away from her.

Kyle is simply staring at me dumbfounded. "You mean, her sister deliberately told you her whereabouts and you went?" He furrows his brows, "Despite the doctor telling you to stay put?"

I nod, which angers him instantly. "Wouldn't you have done the same thing if it were you in my position?"

Kyle glares at me then downs the rest of his bourbon. "I don't know if I should call you stupid or give you another concussion!"

Scoffing, I grab my water and take slow sips. I can't let him know I've a pounding headache stemming from the loud music and bass in the club.
