"Napakaganda naman ng aking dalaga," Monica glanced at the door in her bedroom when she heard her mother's sweet voice.

She gave her mother a thoughtful smile and looked back at her reflection in the mirror. Monica is currently checking her new uniform she should wear to her new job.

After two weeks of preparation, she is now officially the branch manager of Jonas' newly opened restaurant. Two days from now she will have a new career. A new workplace, a new company, a new beginning.

Her mother was right, the dress suited her nicely. It was a formal color gray fitted knee-length dress with thin black lace that serves as a belt around her small waist and on the upper left side of the dress was Monica's name embroidered.
