I stared at Elena blankly, waiting for her to say something to correct whoever this confused fellow was. But she did nothing, only stared down at her feet in guilt.

"What is he talking about?" I wondered, my mind suddenly going to Amy. There was no way this man was Amy's father, he looked too young to be her father but I couldn't judge if he was just a younger looking person. If Amy wasn't her actual sister and was just someone else's child, it would change a lot of things as I had problems with working with dishonest people.
