After leaving the DIG's house I reviewed my plans one more time as I made to take out this George Wellington once and for all.

The longer it takes the harder it gets, so i placed a call through to him to find out his location.

I tracked  his cell phone to find his location and after a while the pointer shows that he is at his office.

I drove to his office, when I got there I realised that the office is in a tall building and  he is the one occupying the top floor.

I searched for a tall building in the vicinity which is as tall as the office, and the only building I saw a bit far away from there was a hotel.

Luckily it's 500 meter away from the office which means, I can still have a clear shot.
