Her heartbeats quickened. Hearing such a thing from Sanam, her heart sank like an urge for emotions. For a moment as if everything had stopped. Sanam's heart started beating in her ears. A different rhythm was formed which numbed Heer and the cruel pleasure offered by Sanam enveloped her. She refused to think anything because she was only understanding what the passion of getting in Sanam was, which was forcing him to show her again and again that he had met her before.When?
